Oklahoma

An uninsured-motorist ALPR authorization is not statewide removal.

ALPR statute
47 O.S. § 7-606.1 (Uninsured Vehicle Enforcement Program, 2017) — authorizes district attorneys and participating LE agencies to contract with ALPR providers to detect uninsured motorists. Data shall not be used except to enforce the Compulsory Insurance Law or as otherwise permitted by law. Sale of captured plate data banned. Not a collection ban; it is an authorization statute for a listed purpose.

A city fight in Oklahoma is still one of 19,000. A state ban is one of 50. Sign: https://orwellday.com/stop-flock-solution/
