Idaho

Idaho’s ALPR statute authorizes collection and limits use and access. It is not the petition’s statewide removal.

ALPR statute
Idaho Code § 49-1432 (2025, ch. 316 / S1180, signed Apr. 4, 2025, eff. A city fight in Idaho is still one of 19,000. A state ban is one of 50. Sign: https://orwellday.com/stop-flock-solution/
